Title: Maintenance Mechanic – Blow Molding

Shifts Available:
- 2ND Shift (3PM- 11PM)
- 3RD Shift (11PM- 7AM)
Pay: $25- $28/hr.
Hire Type: Direct Hire
We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support a Blow Molding manufacturing operation. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, molds, and auxiliary systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
Job Duties:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on blow molding machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
- Support mold changeovers, setup, and production startups.
- Maintain auxiliary equipment such as conveyors, leak testers, granulators, dryers, chillers, air compressors, and vacuum systems.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting (sensors, motors, heaters, VFDs).
- Complete maintenance work orders and documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (plastics preferred).
- Experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read basic schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Forklift certified or willing to obtain certification.
- Basic English communication skills.
