Since 1920, we’ve produced roll‑threaded and machined parts that show up everywhere: street‑light anchor bolts, garage door drives, C‑clamps, highway guardrail systems, aircraft, elevators, and aluminum rims. Role snapshot
  • Transform technical drawings into efficient CNC programs and setups.
  • Load materials and the correct tooling; dial in machine settings to hit spec.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing hiccups and resolve nonconforming parts.
  • Run first articles and final inspections; own quality throughout.
  • Operate machines when needed and oversee production runs.
  • Maintain, clean, and care for equipment; train new staff on procedures.
Must‑haves
  • CNC programming from scratch; expert blueprint interpretation.
  • Quality inspection proficiency; solid computer literacy.
  • Physical capability for hands‑on machining.

  • Track record as a CNC Programmer.
  • Experience diagnosing and correcting nonconformance.

Where & when you’ll work
  • Location: HUB Parkway in Valley View, OH.
  • Schedule: Open to first and into second shift, Monday–Friday; Saturday when needed.
  • Onsite: 100% on‑site.
Compensation

$25–$35 per hour, based on your related knowledge and experience.
