We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to help provide exceptional care for our residents in a warm, professional, and growth-focused environment.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct support to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and assists nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene

• Serve meals and provide nourishment between meals

• Ambulate, turn, and position residents safely

• Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team

• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, teamwork, and compassionate care skills
