Restorative Aide Job Summary:
Premier Genesee, a leading senior care provider located in Batavia, NY, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Restorative Aide to join our team. As a Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their optimal outcomes through rehabilitation and restorative care. Restorative Aide Responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation of restorative care programs, including exercises, activities, and routines designed to promote resident independence and mobility
Work closely with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Conduct therapy exercises and activities under the supervision of licensed therapists
Document resident progress and report any changes or concerns to the rehabilitation team
Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and ambulating
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies
Restorative Aide Requirements:
Current Certified Nurse Aide Certification in New York
