We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance and Groundskeeper to join our team. In this position , you will be responsible for the maintenance of all buildings both inside and out. Ultimately, your goal is to keep the facility’s surroundings beautiful and inviting as well as insuring all systems are functioning properly for the safety of our clients and employees. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, highly organized, and comfortable with problem-solving any issues that may arise.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Building and grounds maintenance, a strong understanding of lawn care and landscaping. Mowing, tree trimming, gardening, planting. Snow removal, equipment service and maintenance, general repairs, painting patching, material distribution, driving, pick up and delivery. Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning.
Benefits:
Monday thru Friday , no evenings or weekends.
