Responsibilities
Assist occupational therapists in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of occupational therapy treatment programs
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and equipment, to meet patients' unique needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Document patients' progress and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, promoting a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff
