(CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant

Somerset Healthcare & Rehabilitation is now hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate team. We have immediate openings on multiple shifts and welcome both experienced CNAs and new graduates.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Earn up to $28.70 per hour

• Additional $7.00/hour Travel Stipend for every hour worked (must meet eligibility requirements)

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Take and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining residents' dignity and independence

• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights

• Assist with transfers, mobility, and positioning

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• New graduate CNAs are encouraged to apply
