Experienced Tool & Die Repair

We are seeking an Experienced Tool & Die Repair Technician to join our dynamic team in Belleville, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing our tooling and die equipment, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Diagnose and repair tooling and die equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tools and dies.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Assist in the design and fabrication of new tooling as needed.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in best practices and safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool and die repair.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
