You’ll have a high level of ownership over your engagements while working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, high-quality audit services. Beyond the technical work, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor and coach team members, contribute to business development, and help shape the continued growth of the audit practice.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage complex audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Assess engagement risk, develop appropriate audit procedures, and communicate expectations clearly to engagement teams.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding engagement status, needs, challenges, and deliverables.
- Identify client accounting or operational issues and provide practical recommendations and solutions.
- Review financial information and activity within client accounting systems and develop appropriate conclusions.
- Prepare and review thorough, well-organized audit documentation and workpapers.
Leadership & Team Development

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Active CPA license.
- 5+ years of public accounting experience.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Governmental audit experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GASB, and FASB standards and related regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business software.
- Familiarity with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems.
