Our machining manufacturing client is expanding with brandnew, stateoftheart CNC machines and are looking for a highly skilled Mastercam Programmer to join their team. This role is a fully dedicated programming position—100% focused on creating, optimizing, and supporting CNC programs.
This is a full time employee first shift position in Wheeling, IL.
How you will contribute to this team:
- 100% CNC programming for 3+ Axis Mastercam milling.
- Program parts from blue print.
- Read prints and develop high precision tolerance dimensional quality for aerospace tooling.
- Create tool sheets and set up instruction for each CNC program.
- Collaborate with machinists, operators and process engineers.
What you need to bring to this winning team:
- Experience with Mastercam programming (2017 or later)
- Strong knowledge with GC&T, blue print reading, and instruction documents.
- Understanding of G Code and M Code.
- Mold & tool, automotive and/or aerospace industry experience.
- Versed with speed & feed of materials i.e. (Titanium, Stainless Steel, advanced alloy, Hastelloy, etc.)
