Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report patient condition to licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including restocking supplies and maintaining patient rooms
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
Participate in education and training programs to maintain certification and expand clinical skills
