Job Description
Title: Component assembler
Work location: Athens GA 30601
Assignment Length: 12+ months (Possible extension/ conversion)
Timings : 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday plus OT MAY be required due to business demands
Position Objective:
Production Assembly Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to slide-line assembly, pulling parts, silkscreen, putting stock away, and Post, Test and Final. Other responsibilities include the ability to meet production schedules and lift up to 30 lbs.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Demonstrated work history of 1-3 years.
- Ability to read and comprehend English required.
- Basic math skills including knowledge of percentages and portions required.
- Must be detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and have good hand eye coordination.
- Soldering experience as well as experience with working in formal quality system are preferred.
