Shift: AM Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You'll Do:
Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Accurately chart and document care provided
Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for every resident
Respond promptly to resident call lights and needs
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid CNA Certification in Illinois
- CPR Certified (or willing to obtain)
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to lift/move residents and perform physical duties
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in a healthcare setting with no abuse-related convictions
