Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

• Provide personal care to residents, including toileting, incontinence care, and assistance with mobility

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by performing tasks such as laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation

• Assist with feeding, bathing, and personal care of residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments

• Document resident care and observations accurately and thoroughly

• Participate in resident care planning and development of individualized care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience as a Nurse Assistant (or equivalent experience in a related field)

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 18 years of age
