We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Haida Nursing and Rehab in Hastings, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and mobility

• Support residents with their personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in care conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Completion of a CNA training program or equivalent experience

• Ability to lift, bend, and transfer residents (up to 50 pounds)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
