Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Schedule: Varies (Day/Evening/Night shifts available)

Employment Type: Contract or Permanent Placement

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience). Weekly pay for contracts including stipends for travelers!

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassionate caregiver with a strong desire to serve the elderly and those in need

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with patience, empathy, and professionalism

• Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced setting

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• At least 6 months of experience or clinical experience during training preferred

• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Physically and emotionally able to meet the demands of the role

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide routine daily care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility

• Make routine rounds and ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for

• Maintain clean and organized resident environments (beds, bedside tables, water pitchers, etc.)

• Verify resident identity prior to care or meal service

• Report any changes in condition or concerns to nursing leadership

• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care
