Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing setting, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and other daily needs
Assist with vital signs, wound care, and other medical procedures as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communication with healthcare teams
Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, respectful work environment
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
