Job Summary:
Spring Creek Healthcare Center, a premier 179-bed nursing home located in the heart of Perth Amboy, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a CNA at Spring Creek, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and maintain accurate records
Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Work Schedule:
Part-time schedule with weekends available
Opportunity to work doubles (twelve-hour shifts)

Requirements:
Current CNA certification
Ability to work with a diverse population, including Hispanic patients and residents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
