Physical Therapist Needed - Two skilled nursing facilities located in Osseo, WI and Eau Claire, WI
Salary: $50/HR-$60/HR (based on experience)
*Must be willing to travel between two skilled nursing facilities*
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Wisconsin Physical Therapy license
Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university
Must have experience in long-term care
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
Must be willing to travel between two skilled nursing facilities
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicated patients' progress
Record and document patients care services
Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well rounded-care
