We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Schedule trucks and coordinate pickups/deliveries
- Process UPS/FedEx shipments using WorldShip or similar systems
- Print shipping and barcode labels
- Load and unload trucks
- Track shipments and maintain accurate inventory
- Prepare shipping paperwork and verify orders
- Maintain an organized and safe shipping area
Qualifications
- Previous shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse experience
- Experience with UPS WorldShip or similar shipping software preferred
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Good attention to detail and inventory control
- Ability to load/unload materials and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Rate: $25-$30/hr
