Troubleshoot and remove, replace, rebuild or install equipment components and machinery.Recommend improvements to plant equipment: alert supervisor to any problem trends, vulnerability to breakdowns, or safety concerns.Salary Range: Initial pay is based on experience, but we strive to make employee development a priority and offer step and pay progressionsQualifications:We're looking for someone who has:3 - 5 + yrs. experience in a manufacturing environment or degree in related fieldStrong troubleshooting & machine repair skills essentialTechnical work experience and understanding in the areas of machine pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, carpentry/construction, HVACGrowth & DevelopmentWe value employees who are committed to continuous improvement, knowledge development, and developing strong teams.
