Join an established private practice specializing in Vision Therapy in Natick, Massachusetts, just 30 minutes from Boston. We are seeking a Full-Time Optometrist to join a dedicated team of 2 ODs, 4 Therapists, and experienced administrative staff.
Position Details
Full-Time or Part-Time opportunity
Full-Time schedule: 40 hours/week
5 days per week (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday)
9-hour shifts (8 clinical/administrative hours + 1-hour unpaid lunch)
See up to 12 patients per day
Private practice focused on Vision Therapy and Neuro- Optometric rehab
We provide specialized care for Pediatric developmental cases and neuro-rehabilitation for adults
Compensation
Full Time
Guaranteed base salary of $170,000 annually
Performance Bonus
Earning Potential: $194,000 annually
High-performing doctors may exceed $300,000 annually with uncapped bonus potential long term
1099 or W2 employment options available
Clinical Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive functional and developmental vision evaluations
Lead and oversee vision therapy and neuro-rehabilitative care
Complete detailed patient reports and progress evaluations
Maintain strong communication with patients and families
Collaborate closely with the practice manager and therapy team
Requirements
Must have 3+ years of Vision Therapy experience, or have completed a residency in vision therapy and binocular vision in a private practice setting
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
Strong communication and collaboration skills
