About us

Care with Dignity at Home LLC is growing fast, and there are many exciting opportunities for well-qualified PCAs. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. Our Caregivers will ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients while respecting their dignity and promoting independence.

Pay Range: $17 - $20 based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

  • Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health conditions, ensure medication adherence, and assist with medical appointments.

  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, engage clients in meaningful activities, and promote social interaction.

  • Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments, shopping, and other errands as needed.

  • Safety: Ensure a safe environment by following safety protocols and assisting with mobility aids and fall prevention measures.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily logs, incident reports, and care plans.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a caregiver in a facility or in a similar role is preferred.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience.

  • Certifications: Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) is required. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

  • Background Check: Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
