We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) to join our team at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glade Valley, situated in the beautiful residential neighborhood of Walkersville, Maryland. Our state-of-the-art facility provides exceptional sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care services, with a focus on comfort, dignity, and well-being for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate records and reports
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and respect for our residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) preferred
Certified Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA)
