What is available:

Full-Time PM shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and monitor vital signs

  • Support resident care plans and clinical documentation

  • Lead and guide CNA staff

  • Promote resident safety and comfort

  • Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN License in Wisconsin

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A passion for caring for the aging population

  • New graduates strongly encouraged to apply!
