We are hiring a full-time Mitigation Technician to join our growing restoration team. We provide paid training and career advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Assist Lead technician with water, fire, and mold damage mitigation
• Set up drying equipment and monitor progress
• Perform demo, tarp, and board-up services
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Maintain clean trucks and organized equipment
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Customer-service mindset

No experience required — restoration, construction, or labor experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–$24/hr DOE
