Position: Structured Finance Associate (2–6 years)
Salary Range: $235,000 – $430,000
Role Overview
Elite law firm seeking a Structured Finance Associate to support securitizations and capital markets transactions across multiple asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Represent issuers, underwriters & financial institutions
- Handle CLO, ABS, CMBS, RMBS, and esoteric securitizations
- Draft offering documents, pooling and servicing agreements, and transaction documents
- Advise on securities law issues including 1933/1934 Act, Volcker, and risk retention
- Manage and close transactions independently
Ideal Background
- 2–6 years of structured finance experience
- Strong capital markets regulatory understanding
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- NY Bar required
