The Global Finance Practice Group serves clients around the world including private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, major financial institutions and hedge funds.
Candidates should have debt finance experience at peer firm. Private equity acquisition finance experience is helpful. Experience in representation of borrowers and/or lenders is welcome.
