Requirements for Behavioral Aide:
High School diploma or GED
Experience working with elderly, disabled, or behavioral-health patients preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
Ability to stand, walk, bend
