As a Home Health Aide with TruHeart Home Health - Ada, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate care and support to our clients in their own homes. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care, and we are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide personal care and assistance to our clients. This may include activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as help with medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients and their families, and provide emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement client care plans

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and services

  • Report any changes or concerns in client condition to the supervising nurse

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
