Pilgrim Manor is seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Plymouth, IN. If you’re passionate about resident care and medication administration, we encourage you to apply.

Shifts

Responsibilities

• Verify resident identity prior to medication administration and accurately record medication details (drug, dosage, time)

• Administer medications and observe residents for proper ingestion or application

• Monitor residents for responses to medications and report any adverse reactions

• Take and record vital signs as needed

• Document instances of missed medications and reasons why

• Assist as a CNA when needed to support resident care

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) program

• Successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) certification

• Must be 18 years of age or older
