CNAs!! Full and Part Time PM shift (3pm to 11pm) Part Time Day shift (7am to 3pm)

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on our busy PM shift (3pm to 11pm). As a CNA with Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. All shifts include rotarting weekends and rotating holidays.

Overview:

As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide direct care to residents, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team

• Assisting with transfers and ambulation and feeding

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to residents, adhering to established standards and policies

• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in the state of Illinois

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in long-term care or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• CPR certified.

• Exceptional customer service and teamwork attitudes!
