Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Per Diem Day shift and Night Shift Available

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including personal care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist with meals, hydration, and nutrition, as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Engage with patients and residents, providing emotional support and companionship
Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and regulations

Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance, as needed
