What You’ll Do
Assist clients with ambulation and transfers (cane, walker, wheelchair, or lift device)
Support with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Prepare nutritious meals and offer medication reminders
Provide companionship and safety supervision
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Run errands or accompany clients to appointments
Provide skin care and continence support
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role (in-home or facility setting)
Successful completion of a state-approved HHA or CNA course and competency evaluation
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
Ability to manage the physical and emotional demands of caregiving
CPR certification (recommended)
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Service Areas
Care is provided in clients’ homes across:
Waltham, Weston, Wellesley, Newton, Needham, Framingham, Natick, Sudbury, Wayland, and Marlborough.
