Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate.
Communicate any changes in residents' condition or behavior to the Charge Nurse.
Ensure resident comfort and safety at all times.
Participate in training and continuing education to stay current in your field.
