Position OverviewCamellia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
Provide compassionate care based on each resident’s individual needs, including bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
Monitor and document resident vital signs and assist with safe lifting, moving, and transportation using proper body mechanics.
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing leadership promptly.
Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors.
Identify and report unusual changes in resident behavior, health status, or care needs.
Assist nursing staff with additional duties as assigned to support quality resident care.
Successful candidates will have:
Current Nursing Assistant certification from North Carolina.
Current CPR certification preferred.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
A high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain resident confidentiality.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A compassionate, dependable, and friendly approach to resident care.
