Camellia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

• Provide compassionate care based on each resident’s individual needs, including bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.

• Monitor and document resident vital signs and assist with safe lifting, moving, and transportation using proper body mechanics.

• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing leadership promptly.

• Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors.

• Identify and report unusual changes in resident behavior, health status, or care needs.

• Assist nursing staff with additional duties as assigned to support quality resident care.

Successful candidates will have:

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from North Carolina.

• Current CPR certification preferred.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• A high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain resident confidentiality.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A compassionate, dependable, and friendly approach to resident care.

• A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
