Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is under new management and seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator (CMT/CNA) to join our team in Pleasant Hill, MO.
As a Staffing Coordinator (CMT/CNA) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, you will be responsible for overseeing scheduling/staffing needs and assisting with resident care within our facility. We are looking for a certified Staffing Coordinator (CMT/CNA) with experience in healthcare or long-term care settings to ensure our residents receive consistent and quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and develop employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts to meet facility standards and resident needs.
• Address last-minute staffing issues by finding coverage for call-outs and absences promptly.
• Serve as a liaison between staff and management, addressing any concerns regarding schedules, time-off requests, or shift changes.
• Ensure staffing levels meet state and federal requirements for long-term care facilities, supporting regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, overtime, and payroll data.
• Assist with clinical CMT/CNA duties as needed, contributing to a positive and safe environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in scheduling or staffing coordination within a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
