Compensation: $21.00–$24.00 per hour

About the role
Support residents with safe, timely medication assistance while promoting dignity and independence.
Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and families in a person‑first environment.
What you’ll do
Administer medications per policy; document accurately
Observe and report changes in condition promptly
Assist with ADLs and provide companionship
Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures
Use healthcare software and complete task lists reliably
Skills & attributes
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Calm, compassionate presence; strong communication
Computer comfort; quick learner of new software
Adaptability to changing needs and priorities
Team player who builds trust
Relatable experience
Certified Medication Aide/Assistant roles in senior living
Caregiving, hospitality, or customer service
Volunteer work with vulnerable populations
Qualifications
Active Washington State HCA or NAC credential with Nurse Delegation is required.
At least 18 years of age
CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Current negative TB test; background check clearance
Able to carry/transfer up to 25 lbs with assistance
