About the Role:
As a CNA, you will work closely with our skilled nursing team to provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, bathing, dressing, and feeding
You will also assist with administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
You will maintain accurate records of patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
You will provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, enhancing their overall quality of life
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
