Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. If you take pride in providing quality care and enjoy making a positive difference in residents’ lives, we’d love to have you join us.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals.

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care.

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Accurately document care provided and communicate resident needs.

• Support residents with activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent care.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification required.

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality of care.
