About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living New Florence. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing medication assistance and vital sign monitoring

• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of resident care

• Promoting a positive and supportive environment for our residents and families

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to our residents, adhering to our company's standards and policies

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Participate in resident care planning and implementation

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
