What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one, in-home care by:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Providing medication reminders
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
- Following individualized care plans and documenting services provided
- PCA, CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), or professional caregiving experience preferred
- Active CNA certification (for CNA applicants)
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Must pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
