- Receive inbound inventory, verify accuracy, and place materials in designated storage.
- Pull parts and materials to fulfill internal and external orders.
- Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and cranes to move materials around the facility and to/from trucks and trailers.
- Clean parts with hand or pedestal grinders and other metal finishing equipment.
- Assemble products or kits as required and prepare shipments.
- Load outbound trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
- Deliver quality—follow established processes to support safety and quality programs and ensure error-free work.
- Keep the work area clean, work under direct supervision, and jump in on other duties as needed.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per/Hour. Paid Weekly!
Shift Differential- 12-Hour Day Shift: $3.00
- 12-Hour Night Shift: $3.00
- 2nd Shift: $1.00
- 3rd Shift: $1.50
- 12-Hour Day Shift: 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Rotating 4 days on; 4 days off
- 12-Hour Night Shift: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Rotating 4 days on; 4 days off
- 1st Shift: M-Fri. 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: M-Fri. 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: M-Fri. 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic critical thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Forklift and material handling proficiency; overhead crane operation with pendant radio controls; ability to maintain required equipment certifications.
- Comfort with hand tools and measuring tools (tape measure, box calipers, slide dial calipers, micrometers).
- Knowledge of safe, best practices for loading/unloading trailers or trucks.
- Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines.
- Read and interpret simple blueprints.
- Speak, write, and comprehend conversational English.
- Stand/walk for long periods; walk 2–5 miles per shift.
- Bend, sit, stand, twist, and stoop repeatedly for extended periods.
- Lift/carry 25–50 lbs from floor to waist and front-carry 25–50 lbs repeatedly per shift.
- Reach overhead; squat, kneel; climb short ladders or steps.
- Coordinate precise hand and finger movements.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Read labels, follow safety instructions, and communicate effectively in an industrial environment.
- 20/30 vision with corrective lenses.
- Work indoors/outdoors with exposure to changing temperatures, loud noises, and vibration.
- Potential hazards: moving mechanical parts, electrical current, high heat, chemicals.
- Atmospheric exposures: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.
- Possible air/skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids.
