CNC Operator

Responsibilities:Ability to operate machine center working within +/- .0005 tolerances, adjust machines accordinglyLoad tool or replace broken insert and adjust offsets accordinglyUse of standard tool including Micrometer, Height gauge, etc.Ability to read and inspect parts to drawingsSkills Required:Minimum 2+ years of CNC Machinist/Operator experience - ManufacturingMachinery experience in any of the following a Plus:Milling: Mazak, OKK, NiigataLathes; Mazak, PumaAbility to read and understand specs and drawingsManufacturing experience a PLUSAbility to lift up to 50 poundsKnowledge of deburring equipmentDay Shift, 7:00 am - 5:30 pmNight Shift, 5:15pm-3:45am available. 15% night differential added to hourly and overtime rate.Benefits:Medical, RX, Hospitalization - 100% Employer paid (Single through Family coverage)Dental - 100% Employer paid (Single through Family coverage)VisionLife Insurance - 100% Employer paidLong Term Disability - 100% Employer paidPaid Time Off, Sick, Holidays401kFSA/AFLACFacility is air conditioned.
