We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality, hands-on care to our residents. The ideal candidate is committed to supporting residents' daily needs while promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

New CNA’s and temp NA’s are welcome.

Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. Morning and overnight shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort

  • Assist with feeding and monitor dietary intake as needed

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

  • Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner

Compensation:

  • Hourly compensation starting at $19.50 with full benefits, up to $24.00 with no frills

  • Flexible scheduling

  • shift differentials available

  • Sign-on bonus up to $1500

  • Transportation assistance available

Qualifications:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey

  • Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred

  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
