The primary purpose of the Maintenance Technician is to work with the maintenance director to plan, organize, and develop the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.
Maintenance Technician requirements:
- 1 year of maintenance experience required
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting is preferred
