Compensation:$128,500 - $147,500 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals to achieve their career goals and deliver exceptional client service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services or insurance industry, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals and client needs.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software systems for tracking and monitoring personnel development.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, demonstrated through participation in training programs or certifications.
