About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Assistants to join our team at Alpine Care of St, Charles. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide high-quality patient care, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with meals, hydration, and ambulation
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to licensed staff
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the State of Illinois

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience as a CNA (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
