Scullery Position- Night Shift

SCULLERY AIDLooking for individuals to help in our scullery. Scullery aids often have a variety of tasks that may not be the same on a day to day basis. This position is for an evening shift between 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMJOB DUTIESEnsuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienicWashing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriatelySorting, storing and distributing ingredientsWashing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and dessertsDisposing of rubbishOrganising linen laundryCleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areasREQUIRED SKILLSUnderstanding the importance of health and hygienePlenty of staminaA great team playerThe ability to listen and learn fast
