$14 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
- Install/remove signage, conduct weekly property checks, and light inspections
- Manage key control and vehicle/asset upkeep
- Deliver and pick up keys, documents, lockboxes, signs, supplies, and other company materials.
- Provide operational support to the PM team and log inventory
- Minor property maintenance
Success at 6 months:
- Reliable task completion, accurate inventory logs, high on-time delivery rate
Tools you’ll use: Mobile property apps, basic MS Office/Google Suite, Company vehicle provided for tasks
Qualifications:
What you’ll bring (must-haves):
- Valid TX driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift ~15 lbs and operate a vehicle for the full shift
- Strong time-management and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Prior courier or property support experience
